Mr.
Hobbes came to us through a Burmese rescue email list, & was adopted
from the Santa Clara Humane Society.
He’s a scrappy, noisy, sweet cat who has overcome a lot of setbacks to
take up residence part-time in Max’s room & part-time on the big rear
balcony.
When
he 1st arrived, very thin & sneezing & anxious, we kept
him in the carport with heating pads etc. & weren’t sure if he was
going to make it… But, when he demonstrated enough cat-like composure to
catch a mouse that was making a play for his food dish – it was clear he
had the right stuff to adopt us.
